Suicidal Man Never Pointed Gun at Police

The official statement from Seattle Police concerning Monday's officer-involved shooting of a seemingly suicidal man in a stolen car talks a lot about him bringing a gun to his head and dropping the gun down again. It doesn't, however, say anything about him pointing the weapon at officers or threatening them in any way.
